Only three approved people can open it. Access is by Google sign-in against a list of approved email addresses. There is no password to share and no public link that works.

The protection is on the server, not in the app. Even with the web address, an unapproved account is refused by the database itself. Deleting the app or bypassing the login screen changes nothing.

No patient information is stored — ever. The narrative builder has no place to type anything. Patient details go on the Toughbook, where they belong.

Nothing is shared with anyone. No analytics, no third parties, no advertising. It is one private site owned by one family.

It is safer than the keychain it replaced. A ring of laminated cards can be dropped, left in a rig, or read by anyone who picks it up. This cannot.

This is a personal reference tool, not an official AMR or ARMS system. Nobody at either service built it, approved it or maintains it.

Some cards carry an amber Verify badge. Those came off the original guide with a question against them — two hospitals sharing a door code, a shift table that disagrees with itself. It means check before relying on it. Kept visible rather than quietly hidden.
